To provide optimum service in the Commercial Real Estate Industry. This involves a comprehensive process of identifying, evaluating, and underwriting properties with the potential for investment returns. I focus on facilitating connections and confidentially disclosing opportunities among buyers, sellers, and multifaceted investors. By utilizing my network, I'm able to tap into diverse resources and customize strategies for even the most complex negotiations between buyers and sellers.

Beginning 2017, I embarked on my journey by identifying distressed properties for investors. By 2019, I had the opportunity to source, transact and oversea the development of 200+/- properties, contributing to revenue of $19M. My interest in commercial real estate comes from a desire to solve more complex challenges, particularly in profit margins. This led me to focus on sourcing and qualifying off-market industrial commercial opportunities, where I was grateful to transact over $5M my first year, and $10M in my second year.
As the Director of Acquisitions and Investments at Levy Realty Advisors, I play a key role in expanding their portfolio of over 4 million square feet, valued at $900 million. My focus is driving portfolio growth through careful underwriting, risk assessment, and market analysis to mitigate risks and maximize returns. Leveraging 47+ years of industry relationships, I not only create opportunities for joint ventures and partnerships, but provide the following services to private clients:

Industrial warehouses, flex spaces, and distribution facilities—once considered secondary assets—have become some of the most sought-after properties due to the explosive growth of e-commerce and last-mile delivery. I focus on identifying well-located, functional industrial assets.

Evaluating lease structures, tenant credit, and repositioning opportunities that elevate NOI. These assets remain resilient due to consistent consumer demand and strong location fundamentals.

IOS land is highly sought-after for their critical role in transportation, logistics, and construction operations. I evaluate zoning, access, coverage ratios, and future expansion potential to identify high-performing sites.

I underwrite and source multifamily properties ranging from boutique buildings to larger stabilized or value-add communities. Multifamily remains one of the strongest asset classes due to housing demand, predictable occupancy, and multiple value-creation strategies.

I maintain strong relationships with developers and investors actively seeking off-market redevelopment and infill sites. By leveraging my network, I help owners quietly explore disposition options, and connect with qualified buyers who understand the site’s long-term potential.
